Our 'Emu S7-Q670 FL' is a high-quality fanless 19-inch system with 1U height, 28cm depth and socketed intel Core i3/i5/i7/i9 processor (max. TDP: 35W). An aluminum heat-pipe diverts the heat of the processor to the integrated heat sink for noiseless passive cooling of the system. In the basic version, the system is equipped with intel Core i3-12100T and 8GB DDR5 RAM and offers Dual Gigabit LAN (intel chipset), USB 3.2 as well as HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort 1.2 connections. Various expansion options such as the upgrade to 64GB DDR5 RAM and the installation of SSDs or a PCIe card (max. PCIe x4) are optionally possible.
Powerful processors with many cores and fanless, silent operation need not to be contradicting features: with our Emu S7-Q670 FL, we have designed a system that combines a high degree of computing-capacity, versatility and expandability - in a compact space. Installed in an extremely robust 19-inch chassis with only one unit in height (1U) and 28cm depth. Fanless & inaudible. The noiseless passive cooling of the processor is carried out via a heatpipe construction, which dissipates the heat via the heat sink integrated into the housing.
The very compact and robust 1U chassis is suitable for use under tougher ambient conditions. Inside, the MITAC PH12CADI-Q670-19V motherboard in the thin-ITX format is being used as a basis. MITAC - a specialist for server-, industrial- and embedded systems - is known for using high-quality components, optimization for 24/7 operation and long-term availability of up to 5 years.
The mainboard offers an onboard graphics card with HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort 1.2, an onboard sound card, four rear USB ports (4 x USB 3.2 Gen 2), one M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 connector, two internal SATA connectors (6.0 GB/sec.) as well as dual Gigabit LAN connectors (intel i219-LM & intel i225V). The PCIe x4 slot can be used with the included riser card. There are also internal onboard header connectors for LVDS, GPIO and two serial COM ports. Located on the front is the power switch, two LEDs, and a total of four USB ports (2x USB 3.2 / 2x USB 2.0). Depending on the selected CPU, we include either an external 120W 19V power supply unit from Fortron FSP (for intel Core i3/i5) or an external 150W 19V power supply unit (for intel Core i7/i9).
In the basic version the system is supplied with a very power-efficient intel Core i3-12100T quad-core processor of the latest generation as well as 8GB DDR5 Kingston RAM. The chassis also provides a high-quality Chenbro backplane for the hassle-free use of up to two 2.5" HDD's or SSD's. Please select your desired configuration from the options below.
The internal structure of the system is completely modular. Almost all components can be removed individually and replaced if necessary. The exclusive use of components that comply with current industry standards also contributes to this aspect. All systems are designed by us and always being assembled in our technical department in Berlin.
After system-assembly, the completed system receives an extensive and thorough system-test before being shipped. Included in the scope of supply are - apart from the server-system - the complete mainboard-accessories, a matching PCIe x4 riser card, the external Seasonic power supply, a blue power cable and a small part set.
The previous description of the system is the basic layout - you can choose between different configurations of your system below. Please note that the system does not include an operating system.
Optional PCIe expansion card should not exceed a length of 9cm (due to the integrated backplane).
