This extremely short 1U rack-mount server case with a depth of only 25cm is compatible with mini ITX mainboards. The enclosure provides a 3.5" drive-bay, which can be used at the front or rear of the chassis. For example, a backplane (for 2 x 2.5" HDD/SSD) or a 3.5" LC display can be integrated. The scope of delivery does not include a power supply unit. Power supply units corresponding with the ‘Flex-ATX’ form factor can be installed in the chassis. This can optionally get selected from our product-range according to your specification-needs.
In addition to the mini ITX mainboard, up to 2 x 2.5" hard drives can also be installed - but this option strongly depends on the type and depth of use of the 3.5" drive-bay. In practice, this option probably only exists if the 3.5" drive-bay is used for a very compact LC display or similar. If a 3.5" backplane or a similarly deep module is installed, the internal fixed installation option for 2.5" drives is of course omitted.
Optionally we can pre-install a 3.5" mini backplane for the installation of two 2.5" HDD/SSDs. We also offer this enclosure in a different version without a 3.5" bay with a completely closed front (IPC-C125B) and rear installation-option for an expansion-card.
