The 3U-30765 is a versatile, deep 3U server chassis featuring removable hard drive cages and support for very large motherboards up to E-ATX / SSI CEB / SSI EEB. Each hard drive cage can accommodate up to five 3.5" hard drives, which can be installed with screws or without tools. For cooling of the hard drives each drive cage is equipped with a 120mm fan, which can be replaced from the outside without opening the chassis.
In case that no 3.5“ drives or only a small number of them are used, the drive cages can be flexibly removed from the case and replaced with three 5.25” drives each.Three additional 120mm fans on the center panel of the case increase airflow inside the case and protect the components from overheating. Additionally, two 60mm fans are installed in the rear panel, ensuring efficient ventilation of the system. Please note that all fans are equipped with Molex connectors and therefore cannot be effectively controlled. We generally recommend replacing them with higher-quality ball-bearing fans with 4-pin PWM connectors.
