The Emu S7i-C262A PRO is a professional microserver for installation in a 19-inch rack. With 1U and a depth of only 25 cm, it is the smallest rack-mountable system with a socketed processor and XEON support in our range. It can be equipped with either an Intel Pentium Gold G7400 processor or server processors from the Intel XEON E-2400 or Xeon 6300 series. The system offers dual Gigabit LAN, onboard IPMI, and support for ECC memory modules when using XEON processors.
The Emu S7i-C262A PRO is an ultra-compact, professional mini server: in addition to the Intel Pentium G7400 base processor, the system can also be equipped with Intel XEON processors and ECC memory modules. It offers two Gigabit LAN ports (2 x Intel) and a remote management port with IPMI 2.0. The integrated Aspeed AST2600 BMC offers a D-Sub VGA port. Two USB 3.2 ports (Gen1), two USB 2.0 ports, and a serial port are also integrated on the rear. Furthermore, up to two 2.5" SSD drives and one NVMe M.2 PCIe SSD can be integrated into the housing as data carriers.
The system is cooled by three 40mm PWM high-performance fans with max 15k rpm and on the processor side by a special Dynatron radial fan, which dissipates the waste heat of the processor towards the back of the case. Please note that the system has a relatively high noise level and cannot necessarily be recommended for use directly at the workplace. All components are designed for power-saving operation and the 500W power supply from FSP Fortron used has a high efficiency rating (80PLUS Gold), so the system is very energy efficient and therefore economical.
A compact Asus P13R-I mITX server motherboard is used as the basis. The basic configuration of the system includes a modern Intel Pentium Gold G7400 dual-core processor and 8 GB of Kingston DDR5 RAM. Various processor types and a maximum memory expansion of up to 64GB RAM (also with ECC) are optionally available. With the options listed below, various hard disks or SSDs can also be configured in the system. If you require a configuration that is not listed in the options, please contact us directly - we will be happy to provide you with a quote for a customized system.
Note: Please note that we recommend this system exclusively for use with server operating systems and not for use with Windows 10/11.
After system-assembly, the completed system receives an extensive and thorough system-test before being shipped. In addition to the server system, the scope of supply includes the complete mainboard accessories including a printed manual, one blue 2.0m Cat6 network-cable, a blue power cable, a set of small parts and several short-length SATA-cables for hassle-free cabling of your devices. The system will be shipped without operating-system.
